This article is theoretical and methodological in nature and it is devoted to the problems of development of labor potential of workers and increasing the effectiveness of their work, which contributes to the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole. This scientific research is based on the previously grounded potentiality and objective necessity to consider labor democracy as direction and condition of labor efficiency increase. On this basis, the relevance of the search for new ways of expanding labor democracy is justified, including through formation and development of the team works. During the analysis of conceptual apparatus and genesis of theoretical and practical approaches to the study of effectiveness of the groups and teams, the admissibility of use of the concepts of social “group” and “team” as synonymous is reasoned, the main types of teams that operate in the modern conditions are highlighted, as well as the main principles of the group work design. |
