The literature on economic problems demonstrates the growth of the scientific interest in studying the self‑developing systems, the formation of “organizations of the future”, the distinguishing features of which are: a knowledge type of corporate culture, de‑bureaucratization, self‑organization, self‑learning, self‑management, self‑development. This circumstance is explained by the wide possibilities of adapting such business models to the changes in the key development tasks related to the digitalization of the economy. The aim of the study is the formation of theoretical and methodological provisions and development of a mechanism for the functioning and development of enterprises (organizations) as self‑organizing, self‑developing socio‑economic systems. The article clarifies the conceptual‑category apparatus of the theories of self‑organization, self‑development; levels and forms of self‑organization are singled out. The methodological foundations of the enterprise development as a self‑organizing system are defined; a system of principles of company self‑organization revealing the process of self‑organization of the enterprise in various aspects; a hierarchical classification system of self‑organization is proposed according to the forms, types, kinds, subtypes of self‑organization. The integrative mechanism of enterprise self‑organization was developed and the substantive aspects of economic, organizational, motivational, information sub‑mechanisms as components of the integrative mechanism of the company self‑organization were revealed. The method of standard relations is substantiated as the main tool for assessing self‑organization, which consists in determining relative indicators of dynamics and comparing them with established reference ratios. A technique for determining the stages and phases of self‑organization is proposed, which allows choosing the optimal administrative impacts depending on the value of the coefficient of self‑organization, combining a purposeful organization and natural processes of self‑organization. The content of the integrated mechanism of self‑organization with reference to the cement industry is developed and tested on the example of the corresponding enterprises of the Orenburg region. The toolkit of assessment of efficiency of functioning of the integrative mechanism of self‑organization of social and economic systems is offered. |
