The article examines the issues related to the analysis of the factors of the labor resource development. Currently, from the standpoint of modern economic theory, the labor resource is considered one of the determining the effectiveness of economic development. The availability of a labor resource in the country, the quality of its preparation, the quantity must correspond to the goals and objectives of the development of the state, so this issue is particularly relevant in modern Russia. The author notes that the basic documents, that reflect the direction of the Russian Federation development, emphasize the dependence of the country’s development on the availability of a labor resource not only at the present time but in the billing period, taking into account the development forecasts, in accordance with the need and speed of development of each sector. The saturation of the labor market is determined by the choice, professional self‑determination of each individual person, which is a labor unit. In what professional field he will prefer to be realized and, accordingly, works. Therefore, it is important to understand what factors affect professional self‑determination. In the future, a clear distribution of factors will influence the choice of a particular person. The author emphasizes that a distinctive feature of the definition of professional affiliation is the early stage of decision‑making regarding the duration of the process of acquiring professional skills and their further implementation. In fact, the choice of the future profession and the field of self‑realization occur at the end of the school. Therefore, attention is drawn to the fact that at the earliest stage, it is necessary to manage and control this process, which, in accordance with the implementation of the modern educational model in Russia, occurs in educational institutions. |
