This article examines the factors of development of the property insurance of different forms of business and the prospects of its development. The author considers the main goals and objectives of arrangement of the insurance protection of property on the enterprise, shows the features of insurance of small, medium and large businesses. The development of insurance market and its parts depends on the economy and the attitude of power to this method of protection. The market economy has changed the administrative command system of management and changed the attitude to property and to the risk management system. The insurance companies search new segments and expand the range of insurance services. The development of property insurance for business requires certain efforts from all participants: insurance companies, policyholders and the government. The insurants have to understand the importance of risk management system and to use insurance as a method of protection and the possibility of compensation for damages. Insurers must develop insurance conditions, which can satisfy different interests and needs of policyholders such as boxed insurance products for small and medium business and comprehensive insurance programs for large business. Through regulation of insurance activity, the state and government are the guarantors of financial stability and solvency of insurance business. In this article, the author adduces the factor of development of business property insurance, analyses the “environment” of functioning of property insurance and represents prospects of its development. |
