Annotation: |
The article defines the role of strategy in ensuring competitiveness of an enterprise. Possibilities of management of an enterprise competitiveness based on strategic management are revealed. The stages of the strategic management process of the enterprise competitiveness are examined: definition of the field of activity and formulation of the company mission, statement of strategic objectives, development of strategy, strategy implementation, assessment of results of strategy implementation, feedback. The expanded model of strategic analysis of competitive forces is proposed within the stage of strategy development, which is based on the model of five forces of the competition developed by one of the leading researchers of strategic management of the enterprise competitiveness M. Porter. |
