INTEGRATION OF THE TEACHERS’ MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT ACTIVITY IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE PROFESSIONAL STANDARD INTRODUCTION

Annotation:

The relevance of the article is due to the introduction of the professional standard “Teacher”, which requires an adjustment of the professional competence of the school teacher. The goal was to study the integration of the management and project competence of the school teacher. For this purpose, the elements and stages of management and project activities were defined and structured using the example of a training session. It was found that the management of educational project activities of students congruently with the pedagogical project management algorithm, on the basis of which a universal project management scheme was developed. The obvious need was established for the teacher to master the integrative approach in the management of training, education and development projects for students. In this connection, were developed and implemented on the basis of Glazov State Pedagogical Institute. V.G. Korolenko curriculum for bachelors “Project activity of schoolchildren in the conditions of the Federal State Educational Standards” and the program of advanced training “Project activity of a teacher in managing the educational process.” Scientific novelty, theoretical and practical importance of the research are determined by: structuring the elements and stages of management integration and design by pedagogical processes; development on this basis of curricula for undergraduate and teacher training courses. It was concluded that the study contributes to the formation of the managerial and project competence of the school teacher, which corresponds to the target management guidelines in the educational sphere; helps to clarify the criteria for the selection and certification of teaching staff; ensures that teachers are aware of qualifying requirements. The article may be of interest to teachers of general and higher pedagogical education, professionals involved in personnel issues.
