The article sets out and analyzes the methods of teaching civil disciplines based on the study of real supply contracts in the framework of specific legal situations. The study of the features of the supply contract is a prerequisite for training in such disciplines as “Civil Law”, “Entrepreneurial Law”, “Commercial Law”, and other disciplines of the civil law cycle related to entrepreneurial activity. We have accumulated experience in teaching disciplines “Legal regulation of professional activity” in the direction of preparing bachelors on March 38.03.06 “Commercial business” and “Legal regulation of commercial activity” in the direction of preparing bachelors on 03.03.07 “Commodity science”. FSES HE provides for the use of competency‑based approach. The educational technologies used by us in these areas of training are aimed at implementing the competencies OK‑4 and OK‑6, developing the ability of students to use the basics of legal knowledge in various fields of activity. The competency of OPK‑3 is also being realized — the ability to use regulatory documents in their professional activities, their willingness to comply with current legislation and the requirements of regulatory documents. Students develop the ability to choose business partners, conduct business negotiations with them, enter into contracts and monitor their implementation, which corresponds to the implementation of the competency of PK‑6. Research methods: analysis of legislation, scientific legal and pedagogical literature, economic practice of concluding supply contracts, analysis of pedagogical practice. The results of the study were the allocation and description of training methods for working with the supply contract: familiarization and modeling. When conducting classes, the methods can be used both separately and in stages as a single educational technology. The expected educational effect from the use of the proposed methods: the implementation of a competency‑based approach, the formation of legal thinking, improving legal literacy, the development of a high level of legal awareness and legal culture of students in the field of entrepreneurial activity. |
