In this article, the authors examine the organizational features of the activities of the urban hub of additional education (AD). On the basis of accumulated experience in the field of management, project activities, as well as the fundamentals of innovation, the organizational structure of AD hub is proposed. The article describes the main features of the organization’s activities, substantiates the need for a flexible understanding of its goals and activities. The main features of the work of the team for arrangement of the hub of the AD are the presence of a common understanding of the ideas and values of the project participants, a multidimensional understanding of the hub of the AD, which combines in its structure the functional elements of the forecast, risk assessment, rapid response to environmental challenges. In the article, the authors propose the basics of an emerging model of a hub control of AD, integrated with the management apparatus of the “parent organization”, which significantly reduces the risks at the project launch stage. It is supposed to use the experience of the most saturated educational environments within the framework of various organizations whose work allows developing the AD hub project in the regions and small cities, minimizing costs and risks due to the experience of launching a hub in the capital. The authors urge to consider the hub of AD as a complex structure, representing at various levels of its organizational structure the expert community, management team, community of family systems, as well as the partner environment, in which various educational organizations and cultural projects are involved. Based on an individual approach to construction of an educational trajectory, the authors propose a flexible organizational structure, the main task of which is sustainability of the hub of AD in the modern conditions of a dynamically developing urban environment. |
