The change in the economic formation and transition to the information type of economics is accompanied by a radical change in the forms, ways and methods of personnel management, which no longer fit into the provisions of basic theories in the field of labor organization and personnel management. In this regard, the study of modern trends in the field of personnel management is becoming an urgent area of scientific research, developing both fundamental theories of labor and having an applied character. The aim of the article is the study and systematization of modern trends in the labor market, in the field of personnel management of an organization to determine the vector of transformation of the theoretical basis of the science of personnel management in the new economic system. The methods of summarization, grouping, comparison and generalization are used in the analysis of scientific literature and other information sources. The results of the study are: visualization of the evolutionary development of theories in the field of personnel management; systematization of factors that determine the main trends in transformation of the economic relations in the field of personnel management; the outlined circle of problems that must be taken into account when making strategic and tactical decisions in the field of personnel management of a modern organization. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that all trends in the labor market and in the field of personnel management can be combined into four groups depending on the factors determining the trends in the field of labor market and personnel management — economic, social, technological, organizational factors. The main ones are technological factors determined by the development of information and communication technologies, setting the direction for transformation of the theory and practice of personnel management. Practical application of the research results will allow the organization leaders to make the right management decisions when developing, updating plans and developing strategies of organizations. |
