Large‑scale socio‑economic transformations in society stimulate the development of modern quality and management systems. The areas of application and management of quality in society extend not only to the production of products and services, but also become necessary in other non‑material spheres of society to change attitudes, which evolutionarily affects the development of quality. The article reveals and summarizes the features of quality development in the evolutionary‑historical aspect by the method of discourse analysis. The multidimensionality of the definition of “quality” is complemented by a humanistic component. The philosophy of quality, based on a humanistic approach, is aimed at the person, his needs and lifestyle. Humanistic approach of quality with human‑oriented orientation is revealed in existential, axiological and acmeological aspects, which defines a new modern vector of quality development. Society’s commitment to high quality forms the ideal of quality to fundamental values. Acmeology of quality is a new direction in the science of achieving the highest quality, based on the principle of quality management system continuous improvement. In modern society, this trend is reflected in the development of competence approach. Accordingly, the quality is indirectly formed through the interaction of the object with other objects. Therefore, the level of quality depends on the effectiveness of interactions, so all kinds of interactions that contribute to quality improvement must be managed, and therefore quality management. In the humanistic approach of quality it is necessary to highlight the organizational and behavioral aspect. The theoretical basis of quality management from the standpoint of humanism is the theories of behaviorism and communication interaction. So under the influence of quality management systems change the behavioral characteristics of the workforce and their interaction with each other. The humanistic category “quality” becomes an incentive for improving human development, as well as the basis for the formation of its values. |
