Annotation:

In modern conditions, the companies of various forms of ownership work taking into account the laws and requirements of the market, mastering various types of economic behavior, adapting all aspects of production activity to a specific situation. In this regard, the contribution of each employee to the final results of the organization’s activities is very important. At present, the education, training and development of personnel is regarded as a powerful organizational resource. The objectives of the training are directly related to the strategic plans and goals of the company. Personnel development is one of the most important components of the overall increase in production efficiency. Today, more and more attention is paid to the training and development of personnel as the main integral strategy for increasing the efficiency of workers. In connection with the growth of competition in the labor market, personnel development is increasingly carried out in parallel with the development of the organization. Related to this is the relevance of the research topic. An important problem is the mismatch between the development of production (sales, services) and the level of training. The problem of personnel development has rarely been highlighted, but it is in modern conditions that the development of this issue directly affects economic growth. Achieving high results is possible only when people have the knowledge, skill, appropriate attitude. Education and training of personnel should be continuous and provide the necessary professional development. Under modern conditions, the problem of personnel development is becoming increasingly relevant. With this in mind, the problem of the revival of the system of professional training of personnel in production is gaining special importance in the country. The solution of these problems requires the search, determination and implementation of organizational, economic and methodological directions for improving the system of promoting the development of personnel in a modern organization.
