METHODICAL APPROACH TO EVALUATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION PROCESSES

International economic integration is an active process of development of world economic ties, caused by globalization and regionalization, and is expressed in the possibility of participation of States in the development of the world economy, which is relevant in the formation of civilized relations between States. The methodological approach to the criterion assessment of the impact of international integration processes on the socio‑economic development of the Territories in the conducted study is based on the definition of a set of indicators with the assessment of the intensity and degree of processes, using economic and statistical methods. It is known that Russia borders Kazakhstan, China and Mongolia, which are neighbouring Asian states and the formation of stable inter‑state economic ties by deepening the development of integration processes, should contribute to the further economic growth of states. The proposed methodology for constructing a set of indicators and on their basis the evaluation of integration processes included the following main actions: selection and definition of individual indicators; Construction of generalizing indicators for development of integration processes; Construction of a summary indicator of integration inter‑State processes; Analysis and evaluation of integration processes using the developed set of indicators. Classification signs of integration of Russia and neighbouring Asian territories were selected according to the main forms and types of international economic relations, the development of which shows different degrees of integration. The developed set of indicators ensures the targeted nature of research of integration processes, as well as the organization of monitoring of the progress of indicators. The practical assessments received on the development of international integration processes are important in terms of the effective use of potential and the improvement of the territorial division of labour, which is one of the conditions for the rapprochement of countries and peoples.
