The article considers the issue of low labor productivity of industrial enterprises of Russian Federation. It is known that labor productivity per employed in Russia is almost 2 times behind compared to the G‑7 countries in 2010s, and this gap is widening. Given that statistics show an acute shortage of fixed assets investments, the need to search for organizational activities that will allow to obtain a significant effect with significantly lower investments is clearly illustrated. The main hypothesis of the study is that Russian industrial enterprises, as a rule, have lots of reserves for labor productivity increase that can be achieved by rationalizing the production processes management by their own without attracting significant investments. The starting point of the study was the division of the whole complex of problems analyzed by various authors into the problems themselves and their symptoms, as well as their classification. The main part of the study is devoted to the development of a decision‑making model for production processes management. The model is represented by decomposition and an algorithm of operations; it is distinguished by a complex of procedures and methods for identifying and analyzing problems, diagnosing production processes, setting priorities, optimizing processes based on mathematical formalization and application of organizational, software and expert methods and tools. The developed model was tested on a number of domestic enterprises in Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions and showed its worth. Practice shows that its use allows to identify significant reserves of enterprises, minimize costs and increase the efficiency of production management without significant investment. |
