Annotation:

The article concentrates on the questions of vocational training teacher’s professional skills development. In the frame of our article we examined the ways of teachers’ professional preparedness development by using the elements of informationally rich educational environment. The goal of our research is to define the influence of informationally rich educational environment on the vocational training teacher’s skills. Our research is based on the works of many Russian and foreign scientists. The theme of our article is the purposeful introduction of the elements of non-formal and informal education on the basis of using the Internet resources in the process of professional education teachers’ skills development. In the frame of the problem being researched we maintain that every professional education teacher’s forming of personal developing area is the device of their professional skills development in the informationally rich educational environment. This personal developing area considers the needs of our state, the purposes of the secondary vocational education establishment, the resources of the informationally rich educational environment of the establishment, and the personal needs and tasks. In connection with this we define the vocational training teacher’s personal developing area as the combination of teacher’s values and goal definition, resources, instruments and services that are technologically, informationally, communicatively demanded, organized and provided by the subjects of educational process for the purposes of the continuous professional teachers’ skills development. In the frame of the problem being researched we can say that informationally rich educational environment is not only the condition but the device of realization in the process of teacher’s way of professional and personal growth choosing. This conclusion was based on the data of the experiment which had proved the dynamics of the professional skills components’ formation.
