The article describes the mechanism of forming modular construction of courses to improve the skills of teachers of Russian language and literature. Given that such a program is aimed at educators, who not only realize that technology is changing, interacting with each other, integrating into the traditional system of education, become the basis of the educational environment as a whole (for example, when it comes to distance learning), but also receive new facilities for study, which often leads to changes in analytical approaches and the emergence of a different understanding of the artistic model (partly due to the introduction of university and schooling of new materials we are talking about new literary works) the construction of the content of the courses is individual in nature and is often due to the personal factor. The task of the course organizers is methodically to ensure the educational process that allows simulating the content of the training. This is what enables teachers to create and learners choose to learn the chosen module. In the course of training, students learn to plan, supplement, improve and evaluate the quality of their own education. Focusing on personal choice, taking into account the recommendations of the course organizers gives a wide field of activity for the two-tier choice, laid in the specifics of the proposed training: initially the listener is made a choice of modules and only why — technology, methods, forms. |
