Annotation:

The article poses the problem of developing a program for mass, accelerated and effective tutor training in the system of continuing professional education. Theoretical foundations sketch of such training based on an individual educational route is proposed. The following contexts are given for a deeper consideration of the problem: challenges of the current situation; human philosophy; modern development trends and technological innovations in education. Based on the analysis of contexts, the author concludes that it is necessary to develop competence in solving open problems where there are no known answers, but not only the ability to solve closed problems that have the only correct answer. One of the professions that will help in mastering such competence is a tutor. Open tasks can relate not only to the material world (hard skills) and interaction with other people (soft skills), but also to self-organization, self-determination, self-understanding (self-skills). The tutor is regarded as a professional helping in mastering self-skills. Also, a tutor is one of the professionals that accompany the formation of a person in the educational space. This profession is becoming more and more popular in conditions of uncertainty for such target groups as students studying at home (family) education, those who are preparing to enter prestigious foreign and Russian universities, active pre-pensioners and retirees. The author offers a theoretical description of theoretical foundations of tutor training, specific techniques of tutorial work and methodological recommendations for their use. The following conclusion is made: working with a personal question-answer field during tutorials is a key component for mass training of tutors. If theoretical foundations of accelerated training are successfully implemented, it can be used for short-term training of other professionals that support human development.
