Annotation:

This article is devoted to the analysis of team formation in the service sector. During the work, the relevance of the problem was identified, the works of various authors on this topic were studied, the concept of team formation and the team was studied, the main elements of team work at service enterprises were defined, the main criteria, on which the effectiveness of team formation depends, were studied, and the main methods of team cohesion at service enterprises were studied. The fundamental principles of team formation are determined, which are the following: voluntary entry into the team of each of its members, collective performance of work, collective responsibility for the results of joint activities, orientation of remuneration to the final result of team work, worthy significance (incentive) of stimulating the team for the final result, autonomous self-government of the team, increased performance discipline. The classification of commands is given depending on the type and purpose, which can be divided into functional and creative. Diagnostics of teams depending on peculiarities of internal interaction of its members is considered. According to this criterion, they can be working groups, potential, real and highly effective teams. It was concluded that team formation is important in the personnel management system of the enterprise, because joint achievement of goals improves customer orientation of service organizations and joint labor activity allows achieving results that are more progressive. Team formation is one of the most promising methods of improving the efficiency of service enterprises.
