Research in the field of organizational culture, which began in the middle of the 20th century, has not lost its relevance in the recent decades. Both foreign and domestic scientists were interested in the organizational culture and its management. Organizational culture is one of the most important tools that affect efficiency of an enterprise. However, in order for culture to fulfill its functions and positively influence the activities of the enterprise, it needs to be managed. The most important stage in the management of culture is the management of its changes. The purpose of this study is to diagnose the organizational culture of an industrial enterprise and to develop recommendations for managing its changes. The article studies the organizational culture of an industrial enterprise using the OCAI methodology proposed by K. Cameron and R. Quinn. The study showed difference in perception of the organizational culture at different levels of management. In addition, the existing and desired type of organizational culture was identified. So, when considering the general profile of organizational culture, a discrepancy between the existing and desired types was revealed. The cultural gap revealed the main directions of improving and changing the culture of the enterprise. The practical significance lies in the approbation of the methodology for diagnosing organizational culture. The scientific novelty is development of a process for managing changes in the organizational culture. The most important stage in this process is culture diagnostics. Active actions of the management to strengthen the clan and adhocratic types of culture, involvement of employees in the life of the organization and decisionmaking processes, will undoubtedly give a positive socioeconomic effect to the enterprise.
