Annotation:

The chosen research topic is relevant, since in an unstable economic situation, risk management affects all areas of the enterprise, including personnel management. Competently built stages of personnel risk management, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise’s activities, will minimize losses and errors associated with the human factor. The aim of the study is to analyze and develop a risk management methodology when working with personnel using the example of a catering enterprise. The developed methodology of personnel risk management is considered on the example of the activities of a group of companies specializing in public catering. The proposed measures are aimed, first of all, at the implementation of preventive measures for allocation, reduction of personnel risks at the catering enterprise or their minimization in order to increase the efficiency of activities. The catering sector is one of the areas most exposed to risks, including in matters of work with personnel. In this regard, one of the key tasks in human resource management is the timely identification of risk. As a result of the above information, on the basis of the analysis of theoretical materials, the authors adapted the main stages of personnel risk management for the enterprise personnel management system, analyzed the personnel risk management system in the areas of personnel management and proposed measures to minimize personnel risks. The scientific significance of the work is confirmed by the relevance of building a more flexible personnel risk management system at a public catering enterprise under the influence of a changeable internal and external environment, capable of timely recognizing potential risks and reacting in order to reduce the impact of negative consequences.
