ON SOME ISSUES OF ECONOMIC AND LEGAL SUPPORT OF MANAGEMENT IN THE FIELD OF WASTE MANAGEMENT

In recent years, our understanding of legal norms related to waste management has been significantly enriched. In this state of Affairs, it is not difficult to explain the interest in searching for proposals related to the form of the model of the system of legal norms in waste management. The attempt to build it is one of the ways to analyze the segments of the environmental law system in a broad way. The need to systematize knowledge in this branch of law gave a new impetus to the theory of environmental law to build a legal model of the waste management system. Waste management is one of the fastest growing areas of legal regulation at the moment. During the presentation of the topic, the author considers the most General questions arising from the theory and methods of research of certain economic and legal aspects of waste management. Then they reveal the topic of General economic and legal principles of waste management. The article presents the main legal aspects of waste management. In addition to administrative and legal instruments that consist of the entire system of administrative decisions and other responsibilities assigned to persons involved in waste management, economic instruments that have not been properly studied by representatives of legal science are also important. At the end, a brief attempt was made to evaluate the model of the current regulatory framework for waste management. The author notes that the meaning of the payment for waste disposal consists in its compensatory nature and the possibility of using these funds for environmental protection and restoration measures in places where production and consumption waste is located.
