PROBLEMS OF EXECUTION OF JUDICIAL ACTS

This article is devoted to consideration of the actual problems of the Russian enforcement proceedings related to implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to judicial protection, which implies mandatory execution of the court decisions. The article presents an analysis of problems related to the actual execution of court decisions. Special attention is paid to the problem of execution of court decisions by debtorsindividuals and individual entrepreneurs. Statistical data confirming the relevance of the study are provided. Some directions of improving the Executive legislation and bringing to responsibility are analyzed. In its structure, the article contains all the elements necessary for this type of work — an introduction, the main part with the results of the research, and a conclusion. The introduction highlights the relevance of the research, identifies the goals and objectives of the research, and defines the scientific novelty of the work, its theoretical and practical significance. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that at present, the actual execution of judicial acts ends with a small number of enforcement proceedings. At the same time, the right to execution occupies one of the most important places in the system of protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens. The content of the work is an analysis of statistical data for the last five years, an analysis of the regulatory regulation of enforcement proceedings in terms of the execution of judicial acts by debtors-individuals and individual entrepreneurs. The article considers the issues of fixing the obligations for the execution of judicial acts and responsibility for their non-execution, and also formulates proposals for improving legislation in this area of public relations. The author presents sound recommendations aimed at implementing the main objectives of the study, and, in particular, defines the main directions for further research.
