Annotation:

The article examines the problems of the national model of the organization of higher education in the preparation of professional economists for the Russian labor market. The research is based, on the one hand, on the modern requirements of the business environment for the knowledge and competencies of economists who realize themselves in various types of economic activity (planning, accounting, analysis, audit, financial flow management, etc.), and on the other hand, on the problems of organizing the educational process in the training of economists in higher education. The purpose of the study is to analyze the evolving requirements of the management of economic entities to the competencies of economists, which implies appropriate dynamism in the formation of a learning platform of knowledge in higher education subjects. According to the results of the study, firstly, the popularization of the multidisciplinary knowledge of economists in the labor market is argued and, in this regard, the interest in the quality of education of economists from the side of entrepreneurship is justified, secondly, a number of problems in the training of economists in the current system of higher education are identified, thirdly, measures aimed at strengthening the quality of training of Russian economists of different profiles are proposed. The study uses a comparative assessment of supply and demand for the components of educational activities. The results obtained indicate that the effectiveness of modern higher education in the training of professional economists should be based on the relationship between the laws of the educational system and the needs of the business environment, which will allow adapting the system of education at the university to the changing needs of the labor market. At the same time, the expediency of creating unified approaches to choosing an information platform as a training environment for economists of different profiles is substantiated.
