Annotation:

This article discusses vocational training technologies and their implementation in educational practice, as well as their justification by the processes of integration of general scientific and specific scientific knowledge. The technology of vocational training is one of the main ways of organizing the pedagogical process and the formation of professional competencies of future workers and specialists. Vocational training technology is one of the main ways to organize the pedagogical process and form professional competences of future workers and specialists. The technology as a process of vocational training is considered with a whole complex of logical-methodological procedures and approaches: systemic, competence-based, integrative, etc. The purpose of vocational training is to train a professionally mobile, competitive personality of a worker and specialist, capable of various types of professional activity in the conditions of innovative economy. Vocational training in the vocational education system has expanded goals, when socialization, professionalization and personalization of the individual are carried out at the same time. The article discusses education technology as an intensification system. At the heart of the intensification system, there is an interaction of socio-economic, psychological, pedagogical, scientific and technological patterns and principles, which, in turn, are aimed at increasing the efficiency of training professional and competent workers and specialists. Vocational training technologies are based on the scientific organization of pedagogical processes, goal-setting, design, methods and tools. An increase in the effectiveness of vocational training and education is due to the above-mentioned fundamentals of technologies that correspond to both the content and goals of the educational process. Combining technical and pedagogical goals of education takes place through the introduction of microprocessor technology, the transition to the training of workers of integrated professions. The following methodological functions of the vocational training process are highlighted: social; predictive; integrative; systemic. They provide insight into the essence of the phenomena of processes on the basis of the relationship of objective laws that exist in different spheres of activity.
