THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF APPROACHES TO TRAINING IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM

Annotation:

Taking into account modern trends in technological, economic, social, cultural, political and other areas of development, the theoretical foundations for the development of approaches to training in the higher education system are considered. The close connection of pedagogical and sociological sciences is shown. The place of higher education pedagogy in the system of pedagogical sciences is determined. The connection between the pedagogy of higher education and the sciences of the psychological and pedagogical cycle is demonstrated. The directions of using information technologies in the education system are analyzed. The results of considering such approaches to training as axiological, anthropological, activity-based, informational, competence-based, creative, culturological, personal, polysubjective, process-based, synergetic, systemic, sociological, technological, holistic and ethnopedagogical are presented. As a result of the research, a new information and diffusion approach to teaching in the higher education system is presented, which assumes that the student comes to the university as a sufficiently mature person who draws for himself information disseminated in the multidimensional information space from various sources in addition to targeted information provided by the tutors to the students. At the same time, the diffusion of various streams of information perceived by a student at university (in addition to targeted information provided by the tutors to the students) is characterized by varying degrees of focus, intensity, etc., forming a certain anisotropic space in the student’s mind, which characterizes the degree of selectivity of the student’s perception of information from various sources. It has been demonstrated that the main task of the tutors when implementing the information and diffusion approach to training is, on the basis of initial diagnosis of the learner`s individual anisotropic space, characterizing the perception of information from different sources, if necessary, to transform the configuration of this space for the most effective perception of higher education curricula, by changing the diffusion ratio of disseminated information flows.
