ON THE INEVITABILITY OF TRANSFORMATIONS OF MODERN APPROACHES AND MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

The modern economy is characterized by a global transformation due to the large-scale introduction of digitalization and informatization processes. In such conditions, management should be adapted to modern challenges. It is necessary to scientifically substantiate, develop and systematize approaches to managing economic systems in the context of the use of digital economy technologies. The article is devoted to the identification of the theoretical bases of the management system and a new paradigm of managerial thinking in the digital economy. The article presents a generalization of philosophical views on the theory of management, which have a regulatory impact on the evolution of management methods. The systematization of well-known theories and concepts of management models is carried out. The article presents an analysis of the current state of research in the field of management theory, an analysis of the possibilities of using digital economy tools in managing complex socio-economic systems, for example, industries. Generally accepted approaches are used as the basic ones — a system approach, a process approach, a situational approach. New approaches to the formation of digital economy institutions and digital economy management systems based on the use of digital platforms are presented — the platform approach, the information and network approach. A conceptual model of the management system is proposed, which allows taking into account information and technological factors as mandatory elements of the digital economy. As a result of changes in the objective reality, the conditions for carrying out activities in the real economy, the management paradigm should also change. It is proved that the integration of information flows, inventories, databases and technologies necessary for analyzing the situation and making managerial decisions is one of the conditions of the modern management paradigm. It is concluded that the transformation of the economic management system is inevitable as a result of the influence of digital elements, which means that a new management paradigm is also inevitable.
