The article is devoted to personnel security of an economic entity in the field of health care. As employees of an economic subject can be considered from two positions — as objects of potential threats and as subjects of potential threats — so, accordingly, personnel security can be considered from two positions: safe interaction and functioning of personnel and security of an economic subject from negative influence of employees. To increase the level of general security of an economic entity, it is necessary to distinguish personnel security from the point of view of recruitment and selection of candidates for vacant positions. The study is relevant because the genesis of personnel security of an economic entity is an important vector of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of economic security, which is aimed at solving problematic issues in this area of the economy. In accordance with the scientific problem, the purpose of the study was determined, which focuses on the analysis of personnel security of an economic entity and the development of directions for its improvement. The methodological basis of the work was the synthesis and generalization of information, methods of economic and statistical analysis. The study considers the concept of “personnel security”, conducts an indicator and SWOT analysis of personnel security, identifies threats and weaknesses of staffing of an economic entity, develops recommendations regulating the process of recruitment and selection of candidates for vacant positions, and formulates the advantages and disadvantages of internal and external sources of recruitment. The main result of the study is the proposed set of measures to improve the process of recruitment, selection and adaptation of specialists, which will enable consistency in solving personnel issues, control over the process of promotion of specialists, validity of personnel decisions, formation of a stable and professional competence of staff potential and reduction of staff turnover. |
