Innovative approaches to business development are gradually being mastered in processing organizations. Innovative ideas are created by the creativity of personnel who are a specific component of the personnel of organizations and have a unique ability of unconventional thinking. In order for such personnel abilities to be realized in business processes with the due productivity, it is necessary to motivate their manifestation. For this purpose, the authors have developed and recommended for use in food producing organizations methodological tools-analyzers of motivators for the manifestation of creativity of personnel. At the first stage, it is proposed to evaluate the professional creativity of personnel by six parameters, using a system of k-tasks: flexibility, originality, curiosity, erudition, systematic thinking, cross-industry communication. At the second stage, it is proposed to evaluate the factors of motivation for the manifestation of creativity of personnel on the basis of a questionnaire test, which includes a number of questions about the positive and negative qualitative characteristics of the labor process and the motivational environment. Based on the test results, it is recommended to create a motivational profile with the allocation of seven integral motivation factors. The testing of this tool-analyzer was carried out in three milk processing organizations and gave grounds to assess the level of motivation as unsatisfactory. At the third stage, in order to eliminate shortcomings in the motivational environment of these organizations, a program of stimulating creative systems as conditions for productive motivation is proposed for use. It is recommended to differentiate incentives in two directions — external (monetary, non-monetary), internal (non-material, moral). The developed methods should be used during the procedures of the staff certification, assessment of the abilities of new personnel, in the process of qualification training of employees. The main result of mastering these recommendations will be participation in solving strategic and operational tasks of innovative business development. |
