CONCEPTUALISATION OF THE NOTION OF “PROFESSIONAL TRAINING”: ESSENCE AND CONTENT

The article attempts to consider the concept of “professional training” from the standpoint of its essential features and content. The problem of professional training of specialists for foreign countries in Crimean higher educational institutions is of particular relevance, since this training is an important means of foreign policy and one of the productive ways to realize the geopolitical interests of our state. The purpose of the article is to conceptualize the notion of “professional training” and determine its content. The methodological basis of this article are the works of such scientists as K. V. Aksenov, R. E. Bulat, S. L. Batyshev, N. M. Zhukova, N. M. Kuzmina, V. S. Lednev, A. M. Novikov and others. The scientific novelty of the work is in the fact that the problems of professional training in a military university of specialists for foreign countries are considered for the first time. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the results of the work done in the process of professional training in a military university of specialists for foreign countries. It is emphasized that the study of the problem of professional training of specialists for foreign countries in the higher educational institutions of Crimea, which have proven themselves as effective and in demand by many countries` educational institutions since the Soviet Union, is necessary in terms of preserving and enhancing the prestige of the Russian educational system. In conclusion, it is said that the professional training of future specialists for foreign countries in the conditions of a military university involves the training of highly qualified specialists who are able to fulfill their functional professional duties effectively. Identification of the essential features of “professional training” contributes to further work on the study of the problem of professional formation of specialists for foreign countries in higher educational institutions of Crimea.
