The article describes the changes in the education system in the context of the development and introduction of new technologies in industry, social sphere, and economy. The transition from a project-based approach in education to an export-oriented one is justified, which determines both the new nature and the new competences being formed. New forms of the relationship between business and education are presented, such as the creation of international scientific and educational centers, technoparks at universities. The experience of creating a technopark at Kazan Federal University and its role in the commercialization of the results of research work into production is revealed. The authors analyze priority trends in the field of education determined by the changing labor market (robotization of industries, extensive introduction of artificial intelligence, increasing refusals from lifelong employment systems, changing qualification requirements for employees, increasing the range of new in-demand professions); systemic current changes in the educational paradigm are revealed: digitalization of education, personalization of learning, implementation of a project approach in educational practice, integration of formal and informal education, creation of creative spaces and integration platforms, inter-university projects); the main groups of competencies for a specialist in new technological conditions are identified: knowledge of ICT, system thinking, effective interaction and group work with specialists of other professional fields; project-expert thinking and skills of project activity; deep professional knowledge. The researchers concluded that today there are a number of tasks that require urgent solutions: it is necessary to interest enterprises in participating in research projects together with universities, to intensify the economic activity of universities in search, selection and motivation of representatives of the manufacturing sector in order to implement joint projects, to fundamentalize scientific work, to introduce innovative technologies into educational practice. |
