The article is devoted to the development of professional competences of teachers of ungraded and rural schools RB in the field of IT through the implementation of a mentoring program with the use of modern digital and Internet technologies on the material of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Among various processes occurring in the sphere of education, informatization and digitalization have become one of the demonstrative integration processes, including formation of communications, creation of information networks, computerization. Informatization of education is an objective process, which is becoming the basis and cause of modernization changes in education. Accordingly, educational organizations are changing not only in technical equipment: the fundamental bases of education are changing; the content and technological aspects of educational processes are being transformed. Digitalization of education appears to be a real process, it has led to profound changes in the educational sphere of the country, including the processes of interaction between educational organizations of different levels. However, digitalization, being one of the key realities of modern human life, industrial and socio-cultural relations in society, has aggravated the existing contradictions between the various strategies for modernizing education in the country. Rural schools in the context of the modernization of the educational sphere in the active introduction of digital and Internet technologies have faced a change in values, priorities and a lack of modern educational resources, as well as a lack of necessary knowledge, skills and abilities in this area among teachers. That is why the education system faces the task of identifying additional measures to update the content of the rural school in the field of digital and Internet technologies in order to improve the quality of teaching and educational work, as well as, very importantly, the professional activities of the rural teacher. The program can be used when working with teachers to provide distance learning for students. |
