Annotation: |
The formation of innovative network infrastructure of the university contributes to the effectiveness of the implementation of domestic innovations. The article specifies the concept of “innovative network infrastructure of the university”. The subject of the research is economic and organizational and managerial aspects that are manifested in the process of formation of innovative network infrastructure of the university. The unity of scientific and organizational and legal techniques in the formation of innovation infrastructure is presented, which allowed the authors to provide brief characteristics of the four structural elements according to the typical provisions of the departments of the university in the field of innovative research: research centers, R&D department, innovation and technology commercialization department, services of the university, One of the important advantages of the local approach, within a single economic entity, is that all components of R&D, aimed at a single task, are interconnected and standardized by the managing center — the R&D department. A significant part of the realization and commercialization of innovations is predictably easier to implement within a single economic entity — the university. Most of the requirements of the market are met: the required technologies are selected for the training of in-demand personnel, the functions of the agent of customers — the state and employers — are performed, which, in turn, in exchange for the submission of specific requirements provide the required resources. Within the university, the transfer of network innovations is significantly facilitated — at all stages of technology creation. Also, the authors actualize the future tasks of the forming innovative network infrastructure of the university: to eliminate the gap between R&D and the needs of the real sector; to exclude the substitution of commercialization of innovations with reporting; to update the tools of network planning and management of innovation processes for all interacting subjects; to form an effective system of motivation of faculty in the commercialization of research results; to instill an entrepreneurial culture. |
