INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF INTEGRATED CORPORATE STRUCTURES: MANAGERIAL AND FINANCIAL ASPECTS

The article examines the essence of the process of institutionalization of integrated corporate structures of the oil and gas complex and reveals the practice of transformations under the conditions of the most severe sanctions and military-political pressure. The achievement of this goal made it possible to solve the problems of theoretical substantiation of the need for transformation of the oil and gas market, to identify the directions of transformation in the conditions of sanctions. It is revealed that the process of institutionalization of integrated corporate structures includes: legal regulation of the transformation processes in the oil and gas sector of the economy; state support for system-forming enterprises; development of forms and methods to improve the efficiency of integrated corporate structures in conditions of gross uncompetitive sanctions pressure. The implementation of sanctions pressure and gross violation of the rules of competition by Western countries force Russian oil and gas companies to diversify both production activities and logistics flows. In the context of the formation of a new technological order based on fundamentally different methods of energy conversion, the system of economic relations based on the principles of technological cooperation is fundamentally changing. There has emerged a problem of creating new organizational forms of management of integrated structures, using methods of adaptation to the conditions of a rapidly changing environment caused by the transformation of the economic system. Under the conditions of sanctions pressure, the institutionalization of integrated corporate structures requires diversification of production and other transformations in the oil and gas complex in the following areas: diversification of gas supply routes; diversification of markets and products; nationalization of oil and gas companies; change of financing methods. Institutionalization involves the transformation of management activities in companies in the oil and gas sector of the economy, which allows for a synergetic effect in the context of market transformation. This is especially important in the context of a radical transformation of the system of international economic relations and the most severe sanctions pressure of Western countries on our economy.
