The theoretical bias towards empiricism, which was observed in economics for almost the entire 20th century, with a widespread decrease in the influence of classical political economy on economic views, in modern conditions revives a number of methodological issues. They are connected, first of all, with the definition of the role of labor and its carrier — the labor force in the socio-economic system. Widely used in human resource management, the engineering approach, while effectively solving local problems of maximization and optimization, faces a variety of institutional problems. We are talking about the wide spread of contradictions based on the loss of its sense-forming function by labor, the decrease in the social significance of labor, which results in a devaluation of labor. Dynamic transformations of the productive forces with the intensification of innovation activity have identified the need to expand scientific understanding of the phenomena observed at the intersection of the subject areas of individual sciences. Such phenomena include the crisis of labor, which has become actual in the modern socio-economic system and affects, along with economic ones, psychological, behavioral, educational, socio-cultural, political and technological aspects. In solving the problem of overcoming the labor crisis, this aims at expanding the interaction of subject areas, primarily economics and psychology, based on a wide range of issues related to the effective organization of labor resources management at enterprises. They affect the production and technological conditions that determine the set of specific labor activities and their compatibility with the institutional environment, as well as the creation of a psychological climate in teams, an organizational culture that affects the labor behavior of a particular person. Technological and organizational conditions are planned and regulated on the basis of the construction of applied economic and mathematical models, production functions that make it possible to link the use of resources in the technological process, focusing on achieving their optimal combination. But the study of the psychology of labor behavior and the influence of various factors on it is an obvious interdisciplinary task. |
