The article substantiates the need to develop integration processes between the food industry sectors of the Siberian Federal District and the EAEU countries. An analysis is made of the conduct of export activities by the food industry in Russia, the solution by the industry of the task of forming an export-oriented economy. Food industry enterprises of the Siberian Federal District are actively working in the world food market. Trade and economic relations with the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union are steadily developing. The study examines the features of mutual supplies of all groups of agricultural products and food for the period from 2015 to 2020. The leading partner in this market is Kazakhstan, followed by Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia. Most exports are high value-added goods: products from cereals and flour; flour confectionery — cakes and cookies; sugar, pasta. As the results of the study show, the export of food products from the Siberian Federal District to the EAEU countries is 6.5 times higher than the import to the Siberian Federal District. An analysis of integration processes in the food industry shows that horizontal integration structures between enterprises of the Siberian Federal District and enterprises of the EAEU countries are not being created. This made it possible to develop proposals for the implementation of the goals of a joint state innovation policy in the food industry based on the creation of technology parks and food industry technology incubators. |
