In the era of the active development of information technologies and the dynamic growth of digitalization, a new opportunity has opened up for companies to introduce an electronic document management system in various forms. Due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the personnel management area has become one of the areas of accelerated implementation of the electronic workflow. The remote mode of operation required immediate acquaintance and implementation of personnel document management systems. Thus, within the framework of this article, the theoretical and practical aspects of the process of implementing and maintaining the personnel document management system in modern companies are considered. In the context of many business processes involved in the functioning of the organization, the personnel management business process is one of the first (key) business processes of the company, in which it seeks to introduce electronic document management. To a greater extent, the electronic personnel document management system is a useful and functioning (under adequate conditions of implementation, maintenance and servicing) digitalization product, which, in turn, is aimed at gradually automating the personnel management business process, making it more understandable, efficient, convenient, modern and flexible. In the conclusion it is stated that the introduction of a personnel electronic document management system in the context of the personnel management business process has both positive and negative sides. However, due to the introduction of the personnel electronic document management system in the company under consideration, the time spent on registration of one employee for work, on documenting leave for one employee and for the time of drawing up the staffing table decreased. |
