DYNAMICS OF TACTICAL PREPAREDNESS INDICES IN RAPID ATTACK IN QUALIFIED HANDBALL PLAYERS

Handball, as a game sport, is one of the most spectacular and exciting team games with the ball. In modern sports, the indicators of the effectiveness of tactical actions, in the competitive activities of qualified athletes are at a high level of preparedness. The constant search for new techniques and methods to improve the effectiveness of tactical, technical and physical actions of skilled handball players does not cease to find the most relevant developments in handball research. In this article, the topic of tactical training of qualified handball players is widely disclosed. In modern handball, there are two systems of attack: positional and rapid. Special attention in the work is paid to rapid attack. The results of an analytical study of these scientific sources indicate the effectiveness of rapid attack, but its low volume use requires additional research. It is determined that with equal physical and technical preparedness, the victory in the game is won by the team that most often and effectively uses rapid attack. The scientific novelty of the work is the developed methodology aimed at improving tactical actions in a rapid attack. The revealed dynamics of tactical training efficiency indices under the influence of the developed methodology aimed at improving tactical actions in rapid attack in qualified handball players is relevant. In the course of the scientific study the results confirming the positive dynamics in tactical preparedness of qualified handball players in rapid attack are presented. Also positive changes in the indicators of tactical thinking in the process of forming experiment in qualified handball players are revealed.
