STUDY ON THE PROBLEM FIELD OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE SPORTS COACHES

This article presents an expert assessment study on a cumulative basis, affecting professionals in the field of sport (coaches of the highest category; administrative and managerial staff of sports teams of the Russian Federation) and future coaches (elite athletes with higher professional education), in order to determine the problem field of professional competence arising at the end of basic higher pedagogical education (bachelor’s degree) of sports orientation, taking into account the introduction of the hybridization process into both training and educational processes. Additionally, the program and normative part was considered, influencing and shaping the understanding of professional competence of both current elite sports professionals and future coaches. The considered program-normative field for filling educational programs in the direction 44.03.05 — Pedagogical education with two profiles of training (sports education), was implemented (2016-2017) and is currently being implemented (2018-2023) at the Institute of Physical Education, Sport and Health of the Moscow Pedagogical State University. The identified features of the implementation of the problem field of professional competence don`t contradict the current regulations and educational programs, but serve as an addition and clarification to them. The results obtained served as the basis for the formation of a new type of competence of the future sports coach as part of the development of a bachelor’s degree program in the direction 44.03.05 on the basis of the Institute of Physical Education, Sport and Health of the Moscow Pedagogical State University, taking into account a hybrid approach to obtaining higher education, based on the admissibility of using a number of variations of an individual training schedule.
