The relevance of the research is due to the modernization of education associated with the formation of digital competences among students of different directions/profiles of university training. The article is devoted to the consideration, definition and description of such a concept as “digital competences” of students in the framework of “Digital departments” project. It is only recently that publications of this kind have been appearing, and there is no widespread reflection on the subject yet. The authors present an analysis of categories in psychological and pedagogical literature. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the results of the formation of digital competences among students in the framework of the additional professional retraining program “Digital Pedagogy” of “Digital departments” project and the definition of future prospects. The main purpose of the article is to determine the levels of formation of digital competencies among students. The authors analyzed the psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of the formation of digital competences among students, analyzed the results of the final assessment, and presented comparative results of the entrance and final assessment within the framework of the program “Digital Pedagogy”. Five and 152 students were identified for the assessment. The paper actualizes the need for special measures in educational organizations to form digital competencies among students. There is great potential in the Digital Departments project, which makes it possible to further study this problem. |
