The article deals with the issues of improving the quality and assessing the quality of preschool education in the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education and the implementation of the Federal Educational Program for Preschool Education. In this connection, the issues of approaches to designing a system of scientific and methodological support for a teacher, including in the field of assessing the quality of preschool education, are being updated. The author considers the tendencies, preconditions and factors of designing the scientific and methodological support of the educator. In scientific research, the assessment of the quality of preschool education is interpreted as determining, with the help of diagnostic and evaluation procedures, the degree of compliance of a set of conditions with the regulatory requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education, social and personal expectations of citizens and society; identification of factors and ways to manage the improvement of the quality of the preschool education system. In scientific research, the parameters for assessing the quality of preschool education are educational activities, developing the subject-spatial environment, the psychological comfort of the child, meeting the needs of the family and parent communities in the services of a preschool educational institution. The use of diagnostic and evaluation procedures, the definition of indicators and criteria for assessing the quality of preschool education as an integral complex and a special type of professional activity justify the need for additional training of a teacher in the field of assessing the quality of preschool education. In this regard, the issues of approaches to the design of the system of scientific and methodological support of a teacher, including in the field of quality assessment of preschool education, are actualized. The author considers the trends, prerequisites and factors of designing scientific and methodological support of a teacher and presents the mechanism of scientific and methodological support of a teacher with blocks of justification; empirical, informational and analytical, analytical and diagnostic information; design, development and decision-making; final and corrective; and an algorithm for the development of practice-oriented tools to support a teacher in the field of quality assessment of preschool education, including a set of activities (testing, exercises and tasks, problem situations, etc.) focused on providing methodological assistance in order to minimize emerging professional risks in the context of the implementation of Federal Educational Program for Preschool Education. |
