FEATURES OF TRAINING A SPECIALIST DESIGNER IN CHINA IN THE ASPECT OF DEVELOPING JOINT TRAINING PROGRAMS INTEGRATED WITH RUSSIAN UNIVERSITIES

The article discusses issues related to the training of a specialist designer in China. The authors emphasize the importance of developing joint integrated training programs for a specialist designer in Russia and China, considering it as one of the main prospects for development in the field of education. By strengthening international relations, it is possible to significantly improve the quality of art education. In this regard, an analysis of training specialists at the Chinese College of Art and Design of Suihua and the Amur State University was carried out. The features of professional training of bachelors in the field of art education at the Chinese College of Art and Design of Suihua and the Amur State University are highlighted. The potential of Chinese educational institutions is described from the standpoint of the vast possibilities of the educational environment and significant achievements in the artistic field. Innovative experience in various areas of design, which have their own identity and reflect the specific features of art in China, is presented. The authors also analyze the main areas of training at the Amur State University. Points of contact and possible integration in the implementation of art education in both countries are found. The main competences in the training of a specialist designer at the Chinese College of Art and Design of Suihua for bachelor programs and the features of educational programs at the Amur State University are studied. In order to study the peculiarities of training in more detail, the curricula that provide an opportunity to integrate academic disciplines and increase the effectiveness of the educational process are analyzed. Based on the research conducted, the algorithm for improving the effectiveness of the development of joint educational programs for training a specialist-designer in Russia and China is presented.
