UNIFICATION OF THE CONCENTRATED CONTENT INTERPRETATION OF THE GENERAL PROGRAM MEANS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

The article summarizes and synthesizes the main key provisions of the content of general program means of physical education in the sections “Gymnastics and Athletic Training”, “Athletics”, “Accelerated Movement” (for universities of power structures), mainly and affordably implemented in secondary and higher educational institutions. Based on a comparative analysis of the interpretation of traditional exercises, the order and algorithm of their implementation, as well as the practical experience of their application in educational institutions, the author unifies the details of technique elements, organizational and methodological features, specifics, competition rules, design features of sports equipment and material base, injury prevention measures, characteristic of the most frequent causes. The theoretical platform of the study was the theory of tests, the basics of sports training, the theory of sports. The main methods of analytical research were: methods of logical processing of the material (analysis, synthesis, abstraction, induction), the method of “information compression”. Attention was focused on the following physical exercises: pull-ups on a low bar, performed by girls; kettlebell snatch; kettlebell push in a long cycle; relay race; long jump with a take-off run; long jump from a standstill; throwing a grenade or a small ball; sprint running. At the same time, the most vulnerable aspects were illustrated, which often remain outside the field of attention both in the process of physical education and in the organization of judging competitions. We believe that a more thorough concretization and unification of the content of the means used will increase the effectiveness of the educational process through faster perception and assimilation of educational material by schoolchildren, students and cadets.
