IDENTIFICATION OF COGNITIVE ACTIVITY OF YOUNGER SCHOOLCHILDREN AND ITS DEVELOPMENT IN MIXED-MODE LEARNING

Annotation:

The article provides confirmation of the need to identify the cognitive activity of children of primary school age and its development in conditions of mixed-mode learning. The author argues that the development of cognitive activity of younger schoolchildren is one of the key factors in the fullfledged formation of personality. Currently, the study of the development of cognitive activity of younger schoolchildren remains relevant. The relevance of the study is due to changes in the development of the education system — digitalization of education. One of the key ones in this regard is cognitive activity. This article raises the problem of the study of the identification of cognitive activity of younger schoolchildren for its further development in the conditions of mixedmode learning. The author conducted a study of the identification of cognitive activity of 1st grade students aged 7 to 8 years. The main research methods are presented and described (the method of studying the motivational sphere of M. V. Matyukhina; Rorschach test; express diagnostics of educational activity by A. A. Volochkov; the scale of self-esteem and the level of claims by T. Dembo and S. Ya. Rubinstein) and their subsequent interpretation. The study was accompanied by the use of elements of mixed-mode learning, namely with the help of online survey and questionnaire constructors, in which the above methods were presented, which allowed to increase the motivation of first-graders to complete the study. The article presents and analyzes the data obtained during the study on the level of formation of cognitive activity of younger schoolchildren. The conducted research allowed us to draw some conclusions about the peculiarities of the formation of the cognitive activity components in younger schoolchildren: the development of the motivational sphere of students, cognitive, operational-activity and reflexive-evaluative components. The theoretical foundations of the study of mixed-mode learning were also determined, optimal models of mixed-mode learning for the development of cognitive activity of younger schoolchildren were studied and identified. It was concluded that it is necessary to build a special system of work aimed at identifying and developing the cognitive activity of younger schoolchildren in a mixed-mode learning environment.
