The article offers a general analysis of the concept and signs of lawful behavior, paying special attention to the most relevant approaches to the essence of lawful behavior, which is considered as a process and as a result. The object of the study is social relations regulated by law. The subject of the study is the concept, meaning and formation of lawful behavior. The purpose of the study is to analyze lawful behavior, its concept, essence, composition and characteristics as one of the types of social behavior. The study uses a system of general scientific and specific methods; the dialectical method serves as the basis of this system of methods. The work raises the issue of regulating lawful behavior by various social norms; special emphasis is placed on regulating the behavior of participants in public relations by legal norms. The problem of non-compliance of lawful behavior with other social norms and the need for the state to resolve it by improving the legal culture of each participant in legal relations is raised. An important direction of the state’s activities should be the implementation of legal training and legal education of various categories of citizens. Emphasis is placed on the characteristics of various elements of lawful behavior. A brief description of the subject, subjective side, object and objective side is given. The types of lawful behavior depending on its motives are briefly analyzed, its most common types are conscious (socially active) behavior, habitual behavior, conformist behavior, and marginal behavior. The work characterizes lawful behavior as behavior that must fully comply with legal regulations. In this case, only behavior that falls within the scope of the law should be considered. |
