ANALYSIS OF ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT SERVICES AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE ECONOMY

The article examines the impact of electronic government services on the economy. The author analyzes the experience of various countries in the implementation of electronic government services, assesses the positive and negative aspects of this process. As a result of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that electronic government services are one of the key tools for reducing bureaucratic procedures, speeding up the receipt of government services and increasing the availability of these services for the population, which in turn contributes to the economic development of the country. The author emphasizes that it is important to expand the list of government services provided so that they meet the needs of all categories of users. The use of electronic government services allows users to access government services at any time and from anywhere in the world. It also increases the transparency and convenience of the process of obtaining government services. An important component of improving government electronic services is the cooperation of government agencies with private companies that can offer new technologies and solutions to optimize the processes of providing government services. It should also be taken into account that the introduction of electronic government services may lead to changes in the competitive environment, which may also affect the level of investment. The introduction of new technologies may provide advantages to certain companies, which may contribute to their growth by reducing competition. According to the author, to improve the quality of government electronic services, it is also necessary to simplify the process of registration and authorization of users so that people can easily access the services they need.
