CHARACTERISTICS OF FACTORS INFLUENCING THE EVOLUTION OF FORMS OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

The current conditions of the digital economy progressively affect the development of human capital, which affects its evolution. Due to this, human capital tends to change the level of its content characteristics, since the totality of digital transformations of the economy assumes that a person has a complex of various combinations of properties that are in demand in modern conditions of an innovative economy. The article presents approaches to defining the concept of human capital. The object of the study is a group of factors that together make it possible to create a new model of human capital, which is being formed in the conditions of digital transformation. The subject of the scientific article is the process of identifying the features of the evolutionary development of the identified forms of human capital in the context of digital transformation and groups of factors that together form a new model of human capital. The study highlights the following groups of factors that together form a new model of human capital, which is being formed in the context of digital transformation, namely: socio-economic, physical, intellectual, information and communication. The digital transformation of the economy due to the prevailing conditions puts forward a person who has a certain amount of information data and a set of knowledge that, in the future, can be used at a more effective level. The digital transformation of the education system, the use of new information forms of education help to form new competences in a person necessary for him to realize his work functions in the conditions of digitalization. Thus, the purpose of the study is to characterize the factors influencing the evolution of forms of human capital in the context of digital transformation.
