The need for accelerated reindustrialization of the economy, caused by the refusal of a number of Western countries from cooperation with Russia in the field of industry, has led to the relevance of modernizing the design processes of new enterprises for the production of import-substituting products, new goods and products, and, in general, ensuring the technological independence of the country. In the context of digital transformation and the beginning of mastering the innovations of the fourth industrial revolution, organizational design cannot but take into account those new opportunities that represent technologies for automated product design, robotization, digital twins, cyberphysical systems, the industrial Internet of Things, and other components that distinguish the construction of the main subsystems of modern industrial enterprises, which include production and social subsystems, as well as the management subsystem. The article considers modern technologies of digitalization and automation, the consideration of which is advisable when designing the main elements of the production subsystem of industrial enterprises; the existing difficulties are indicated and obstacles to their development are named. By presenting in a concentrated and systematic way information about the new opportunities offered by information technologies in the design of industrial enterprises, specialists and business owners can develop the desired image of the enterprise created in a configuration that corresponds to current technology trends, as well as has the potential for development and improvement. Comparison of proposals by foreign and domestic developers of digital solutions also indicates the problem areas in the development of Russian software and automated equipment that need to be compensated. Similar systematization should be performed for other subsystems of the designed enterprises. |
