Modern society is characterized by high dynamics
of development in all its spheres, including education, the
specific parameters of which are innovative and future-oriented,
which is reflected in the project “Foresight Education 2030”.
This project has received a wide response in the publications
of politicians, economists and specialists in the field of educational organization and educational technologies. Today,
the foresight method is used as a systemic tool for influencing the
formation of scientific, technical, economic and social relations.
This is justified by the essential characteristics and innovative
content of foresight, the operational structure and composition
of methods that contribute to the development of students’
communicative reflection. The communicative potential of
foresight technologies is determined by their reflective nature, as
well as the value of open communication strategies for building
variable images of the future. The use of foresight technologies
in the educational process will expand the variability of thinking,
communicative competence, and make the transition from a
closed to an open variable strategy of the future. The article deals
with the problem of forming the necessary foresight competences
of a student a future international economist in the learning
process, ensuring their achievement using creative technologies.
The relevance of this work is due to the need to make changes
to the training process in order for them to obtain the necessary
foresight competences at the exit, which is caused by the Covid-19
pandemic and the following changes in personality development
(for example, a decrease in the speed of attracting attention,
inhibited reactions, difficulties with memorizing information and
using long-term memory); the cardinal transformation of the
world order over the past few years in both political and economic
discourse within the framework of international relations, as well
as Russia’s turn to the East. All this requires special attention on
the part of Russian education to the competences of graduates
in order to have a clear vision of the future prospects for the
development of certain sectors of the economy, industries and
fields of activity, as well as progress in international relations
as the main specialty of graduates with countries where English
is the second official language (India) or working (for example,
the SCO). |
