CORPORATE INTERACTION OF TEACHERS IN THE STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCHOOL

Annotation: In the presented study, corporate training of teachers is considered as a universal mechanism for improving the quality of methodological work of schools implementing different development strategies. According to the authors, methodological work is a tactic for achieving the strategic goal of the organization, which necessitates the intensification of the system of methodological work in the school. Arguing the general significance of corporate training of teachers as a form of organizing methodological activities, the article describes current educational models that become the core of educational systems of schools in the formation of their unique brand; the corresponding topics of corporate training aimed at achieving the specified strategic objectives are formulated; the absolute importance of joint training of teachers and the creation of a single value and semantic pedagogical environment in the development of a modern school is noted. The practical value of the study is the justification of the feasibility of implementing methodological work in an educational organization with the help of corporate training of teachers, description of innovative educational models of schools that can become the basis for designing the School Development Program school as a participant in the innovative economy, school as a participant in the territory of location, school for rural settlements, school of new engineering, school of environmental self-knowledge, school of creative competencies, school of self-determination. For each of the specified development strategies, the topics of corporate training have been formulated to improve the cross-functional interaction of teachers and create a unified pedagogical environment of the school. Designing effective methodological work that meets the challenges “from above” and the real needs of teachers “from below” sets tasks for further research creation of new educational models, development of forms of corporate training of teachers, analysis and identification of tools of informal education in the professional development of teachers, definition of the technological cycle of corporate training in an educational organization.
