PERSONALITY INTERIORIZATION MECHANISM IN THE PROCESS OF INTERACTION WITH THE YOUTH COMMUNITY

Annotation: The processes of interiorization play a fundamental role in the formation of personal qualities and social skills. In the context of rapid social transformations and digitalization, youth communities are becoming significant platforms for socialization, where young people master norms, values, behavioral models, which significantly affect their personal development, as well as adaptation in society. The study of relevant processes helps to develop effective methods of upbringing and education that are focused on the harmonious development of personality. The article examines the key aspects of the functioning of the mechanism of personality interiorization in the course of interaction with the youth community in the process of mass extracurricular activities. The target audience is teenagers, students (persons aged 15-18) studying in the medium of secondary vocational education (non-core educational organizations). The novelty lies in the fact that the article considers a complex and step-by-step mechanism of interiorization, which is represented by the emergence, formation and consolidation of personality qualities in interaction with the youth community. This approach allows for a deeper understanding of the process of personal formation in the context of mass extracurricular activities. According to the results of the study, conclusions are formulated that mass extracurricular activities, including participation in social projects, sports clubs, volunteer actions, etc., create favorable conditions for integration and personal growth. Based on the multi-stage mechanism of interiorization, relying on the origin, formation, fixation of personality qualities, the author, taking into account his recommendations, emphasizes the need to integrate extracurricular formats into the educational process, support reflection and introspection, social recognition, and the development of practical skills.
