The article is devoted to the description of the relevance of the development and practical implementation of the educational program of the double major bachelor’s degree “Preschool Education. Correctional Pedagogy” in the process of professional training of graduates in the direction 44.03.01 “Pedagogical Education”. The practical experience of teachers of the Department of Preschool, Primary and Special Education of Azov State Pedagogical University is presented. Taking into account the peculiarities of the regional labor market and the values for the implementation of inclusive education, the content of training future preschool workers capable of working with normally developing children and preschoolers with disabilities is specified. The design of the main professional educational program involves such a model of its practice-oriented training, in which the future educator will have the opportunity to master the knowledge, skills and initial experience of professional activity in accordance with the professional standard: the ability to work with any category of preschool students. The study describes the feasibility of developing the educational program “Preschool Education. Correctional pedagogy”, based on the need to train specialists capable of implementing pedagogical activities with preschoolers with disabilities, possessing a set of universal, general professional and special competences and skills, as well as personal qualities of a humanistic orientation and the corresponding skills for implementing the correctional and developmental process based on a deep understanding of the specifics of work and the use of the most effective and advanced technologies. The article reveals the logic of designing modules developed taking into account the heterogeneity of the contingent of preschool children, requirements for special environmental conditions and resources for educating modern preschoolers, as well as the demand for professional and personal competences of preschool teachers. |
